February 2026 Registration Closes 31 January
All accepted applicants must complete registration, submit documents, and make their first payment before 31 January 2026 to secure their place in the February intake.
Proof of Payment Required for Registration
All applicants who have been accepted must upload proof of the R2,500 registration fee payment via the Applicant Portal. EFT, cash deposits, and card payments are accepted.
Document Upload Deadline: 20 January 2026
Certified copies of your ID, matric certificate, and proof of residence must be uploaded via the Applicant Portal before the deadline.
Live Classroom Orientation for New Students
All registered students are invited to attend the live classroom orientation session on 4 February 2026 at 10:00 AM. A link will be shared via your student portal.
Digital Campus System Maintenance
The Highbury Digital Campus platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on 1 January 2026 from 02:00 to 06:00. During this time, portals may be briefly unavailable.
Support Centre Holiday Hours
The Highbury Support Centre will operate on reduced hours during the holiday period (20 Dec - 5 Jan). WhatsApp support remains available.
